From their workshop near Maiden Creek in the Pennsylvania woods, artists Jonathon and Julia Simons make kitchen utensils under the moniker Moonspoon. Husband Jonathon slid easily from his background in furniture making to wooden spoons while wife Julia brought her passion for graphic design. Each item is designed, cut by a machine of their own construction, then hand-shaped.  All of the pieces are made from solid Pennsylvania Cherry Wood, 100% natural, with no dyes, resins or polymers
