When we hand-cut our comb honey, not every piece becomes a beautifully shaped, fully filled piece. We're left with irregularly shaped pieces and sections where the bees didn't completely fill every hexagonal cell with honey.
 
Rather than let perfectly good comb honey go to waste, we package these Bits & Pieces and offer them at a lower price.
 
The honey and beeswax are the same raw, natural comb honey as our premium cut pieces—just with a little less eye appeal. They're perfect for eating as-is, spreading on warm toast, pairing with cheese and fruit, or adding to a charcuterie board when perfect presentation isn't important.
